Special Occasion Make Up & Hair Styling
 Do you have a special occasion or event coming up and want to look your absolute best?
It may be a party, prom, ball, job interview or just a really big night out... Why not have your make up applied and/or hair styled by Erin?
You will look and feel amazing and be safe in the knowledge that things will 'stay put' just as long as you need them to!
If you want to make sure your look is exactly what you're after, a trial can be conducted 4-6 weeks before your event, although this is not compulsory as it is with my bridal/wedding services. At the trial, I will come to a venue of your choice (usually your home) and we will spend up to two hours trying out some looks until we find the one you are 100% in love with.
On the day, I will come to venue of your choice at an agreed time and, if you had a trial, I will recreate the look we confirmed at your trial. If you did not have a trial, please come prepared with a clear idea of the look you are after (pictures, photos would be great) so I can get straight to work.
How to Book and Payment Terms & Conditions (trial + event)
To book my services for your special occasion, please contact me to check availability. Once I confirm that I am available, I will provide you with a quote and a breakdown of services/costs. A £20 non-refundable deposit is then required within seven days to secure your event date and trial. The deposit can be paid by cash, cheque, PayPal or bank transfer. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance. If I have not received your deposit after seven days, I am afraid your event date will be released.
You can book your trial date at the same as your event date or at another time if you wish but please ensure it is no later than 4 weeks before your event.
If after your trial, you decide to use my services on your event day, 50% of your event day cost is required as a non-refundable deposit. The full balance is then due at least seven days in advance of the event day or in cash on the day.
How to Book and Payment Terms & Conditions (event, without trial)
To book my services for your special occasion, please contact me to check availability. Once I confirm that I am available, I will provide you with a quote and a breakdown of services/costs. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is then required within seven days to secure your event date. The deposit can be paid by cash, cheque, PayPal or bank transfer. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance. If I have not received your deposit after seven days, I am afraid your event date will be released.
The full balance is due at least seven days in advance of the event day or in cash on the day.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you cancel within four weeks of your event date, a charge of 70% of the outstanding balance will be incurred.
If you cancel within one week of your event date, a charge of 100% of the outstanding balance will be incurred.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to make your appointment due to a personal emergency or illness, I will try to find you an alternative make up artist (I would only offer artists that I personally recommend). Cancellation of the appointment by myself will result in a refund of 100% of costs already paid by you (plus 50% of the trial fee if held).
In the event of an accident, severe illness, inclement weather conditions and/or an act of God affecting my ability to attend on your event day, I will try to find you an alternative make up artist whom I would fully brief. Please note: I will not be held responsible for any mechanical breakdowns, or for any delays caused by events beyond my control. If I am unable find a suitable alternative artists that I would recommend, the full extent of my liabilities is to give you a full refund.
I reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund if at any time during the trial or on the day any member of your party is abusive, violent or displays any behaviour that I deem to be offensive.
